Submission Info for Themed Festivals:
1) Play submissions may be of any length. We produce mostly shorter pieces (10-20 minutes) but are open to producing one-act and full-length plays of sufficient merit.
2) The submission should in some way respond to the theme of the show, which is the show's title.  Some additional information is available about each show by clicking on the title in our Season Schedule.
3) Plays should be appropriate to a mainstream Utah Valley audience. That means no taking of the name of the Lord in vain, most profanity is not acceptable, no explicit sexual content, etc. When in doubt as to the acceptability of a script, submit it early and we will give you specific feedback on how you piece interacts with our standards.
4) Plays must be in an electronic format, preferrably as Microsoft Word documents.  They can be either submitted on this page below, or by e-mail to newplayproject@gmail.com.
5) All plays are due by midnight (12:00am) on submission day unless otherwise noted.
